The hotel had a clean and modern ambience, which we really liked. The location was also convenient, just off the motorway, making it easy for us to get around.

The room we stayed in was quite small, a bit disappointing. We also had some issues with the staff, particularly at night, as they didn't seem to understand the importance of customer loyalty.

The location was perfect for us, being close to the Havaist bus to the airport and within easy reach of our points of interest. There was a lovely restaurant right in front of the hotel, a bonus. The pillows were fantastic, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. it was conveniently situated near a mall and the main road.

We stayed at the Ibis for one night in February when we missed our flight due to the snow. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and offered good value at 69 euros per night. The room wasnice and neat, with reliable wifi. The breakfast, although an additional cost, was satisfactory. we had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Istanbul Esenyurt and would recommend it.
